Pricing details

  • What counts as an invoice: one supplier document up to [5] pages, any number of lines. Credit and debit notes count as invoices. Pages beyond [5] are billed per page.
  • Overage: billed at the plan's rate; no surprise tiers. Platform volume blocks roll to the next block automatically with notice.
  • Bring your own keys: on Platform and Enterprise, your model costs are billed by your provider, not by us; the platform fee covers matching, posting, audit and support. Accuracy reports and straight-through commitments apply to our managed models.
  • Customisation: custom field mappings, approval hooks, multi-company routing and custom-ERP connectors are estimated after a 30-minute scoping call and quoted as a one-time fee, or built by your team on the API.
  • On-premises: available on request for Enterprise contracts; requires a customer-hosted model endpoint or your own provider keys.

Do I need to change my ERP?

Why per invoice and not per page?

Because you count invoices; a long invoice is still one invoice.

If I bring my own model, do I still pay you?

Yes, the platform fee; you stop paying us for extraction tokens.

What if a supplier sends a format you haven't seen?

It works on the first invoice; if a field is uncertain it's flagged, not posted.

Monthly or annual?

Cloud monthly; Platform and Enterprise annual.

Do I need to change my ERP or my approval process?

No. We post the document; your workflow continues.

What happens when extraction is unsure?

The field is flagged with the source region shown; nothing uncertain is posted.

Will our invoices train your model for other customers?

No. Corrections improve rules inside your workspace only.

How long to go live?

Can it handle handwritten or photographed invoices?

Yes, with lower confidence; those are flagged more often.

What about e-invoices with IRN?
