From inbox to posted entry, with a human only where it matters.
YOLO Invoice Ai is an extraction and matching engine that sits between your supplier invoices and your ERP. It reads, validates against live ERP data, and posts. Exceptions are the only thing your team sees.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Your invoices never train another customer's model
- Hosted in India, with EU and US regions on request
- SSO and role-based access

Every channel your suppliers use.
- Dedicated AP mailbox: forward or auto-route invoices; attachments and inline images both handled [Email intake: in build]
- Drag-and-drop upload and bulk upload for backlogs
- REST API for supplier portals and scanning hardware
- Formats: PDF (native and scanned), JPG/PNG photos, e-invoice JSON
Any layout, first time.
Header fields (supplier, GSTIN, invoice number and date, PO reference, IRN), every line item (description, HSN/SAC, quantity, unit, rate, discount, taxable value, CGST/SGST/IGST, line total), and totals. Multi-page invoices and invoices with multiple tax slabs are standard. No per-supplier template; a new supplier works on the first invoice.
Field-level confidence. Every extracted value carries a confidence score. Below your threshold, the field is highlighted for review with the source region on the document shown beside it.
Your models, if you prefer. On Platform and Enterprise, bring your own provider keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure) or point extraction at a self-hosted endpoint. Matching, posting and audit stay the same; only the extraction step runs on your model, with your costs and your data terms.

Validated against your ERP before anything is posted.

| Duplicate check | Same supplier + invoice number + amount within a window is blocked | Live |
| 3-way match | Invoice lines vs. open PO vs. GRN on quantity, rate and tax, with your tolerances | In build |
| GST checks | GSTIN validity, IRN verification, reverse charge, TDS section | In build |
| GSTR-2B | Invoice presence and value in your 2B before credit is claimed | In build |
Posted the way your ERP expects.
A matched invoice becomes a purchase voucher in Tally, a Purchase Invoice in ERPNext, or a supplier invoice in SAP, using the ERP's own APIs and document types. Nothing is written to the database directly. Your approval workflow, if you have one, picks up from there. Every posted field links back to the exact region of the source document.
One queue. Reasons, not just red flags.
Each exception says what failed and why: "Line 3 rate ₹412 exceeds PO rate ₹395 by 4.3%; tolerance is 2%." Reviewers fix, override with a note, or send back to the supplier. Overrides are logged with user, time and reason. Repeat corrections train your workspace's matching rules, not a shared model.

Built for the auditor's second question.
- Document → extracted value → match decision → posted entry, as one chain per invoice
- Export the full chain per period for statutory or internal audit
- Dashboard: straight-through rate, exception reasons, processing time, by entity and supplier
